Our Aim
We want everyone to be able to use Orcred, including people who use a screen reader, move around with a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnify the screen, or cannot hear or see video.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. It is the standard India's accessibility standard for websites and apps, IS 17802, is based on.
What We Have Checked
In September 2026 we checked our public pages, sign-in and the application form with an automated accessibility checker and by hand with a keyboard, and fixed what we found.
Every form field has a label that a screen reader reads out. Errors and confirmations are announced when they appear. Links inside text are underlined, and a "Skip to content" link lets keyboard users go straight past the navigation.
Known Issues
Some orange text and buttons have less colour contrast than WCAG level AA asks for normal-size text. We are reviewing our colours.
Live review sessions do not have live captions yet.
If either of these affects you, tell us and we will work out an alternative with you.

If something on Orcred is hard to use, or you need an adjustment for your live review session, email contact@orcred.com and tell us what you need. You do not have to explain a disability to ask.
We will reply as soon as we can, and in time for your session if one is booked.
