Service Delivery

Orcred's technical verification is a service delivered entirely online. Nothing physical is shipped. You take part from your own computer, and your result and any credential are delivered to your Orcred dashboard and by email.

Once your payment is confirmed, you receive a payment receipt by email. Card, UPI and netbanking payments are confirmed within minutes; bank transfers are confirmed by hand, usually within one working day.

We assign a reviewer within 3–5 business days of your payment being confirmed. Your reviewer offers times for the live session, and you choose one from your dashboard.

The session is a 45-minute live video review with your reviewer, with up to 15 minutes to wrap up, held through the Orcred dashboard in your browser. It is recorded, as explained before you join.

Your result, with your score and your reviewer's feedback, is usually ready within 24 hours of the session, after our review of the scores. If you pass, your Orcred Credential is issued on a public verification page you can share.
